Years 5 and 6 Swimming Gala

On Tuesday it was an eagerly anticipated event in the sporting calendar and an early opportunity to gain points for the end of year presentation of the Interhouse cup. A mixture of serious swimming races mixed with fun events allows all to participate and score points for their team. This year saw a runaway winner and a tightly contested battle for 2nd, 3rd and 4th places. Finishing in 4th place with a respectable 103 points was Red team. A single point separated 3rd from 2nd with Blue finishing 3rd on 109 points and Green 2nd with 110 points. The clear winners were Yellow team though with a staggering 166 points. Well done Yellow team; a magnificent performance and an early lead in the Interhouse competition.
