Random Acts of Kindness #Supportive Strandites

Thank you to all the families who have donated to the food bank. We are making our second delivery of the week later today. Your generosity in sparing a thought for those less fortunate is truly admirable. The food bank boxes will be available under the red arch for as long as possible.

School has abounded with random acts of kindness this week. From Mrs Perkins bringing in flowers to brighten up reception to Oscar’s biscuits. We have all been touched by your capacity to think of others. As we move into this next phase where people will be relying on each other even more to meet their most basic needs please remember to think more widely than yourselves and your families to the needs of others in our community who are even more isolated and need help. If you can reach out then do – I’m sure your kindness will come back to you just when you need it most.
