Year 6 Trip to Lyric

The Lyric trip was amazing! When the show started and the lights started to fade the name of Aladdin started to glow in the backdrop - I knew it was going to be good! My favourite part of the show was when the blue monkey started to sing and we all had to shout his name out because he had such a bad memory he couldn't remember. I also loved the flying carpet, which really flew! The theatre was packed with school children and the noise was really loud. The set was outstanding and scenery was very cool as it glowed in the dark and moved. Luckily the Strand teachers were not asked to go on stage as they were all singling loudly - especially Mr Bonner. It was a great treat.
